We were once asked about cleaning a conservatory - The client said, "It is a rather big conservatory will you be able to handle it?"
Cheekily, I sent him this photo and asked if the conservatory was as big as this?
He did see the funny side to it.
From a small porch to a large garden centre, size doesn't matter.
We are seeing more and more algae and moss build up on properties due to our climate change and especially if you live close to trees.
There are a number of cleaning products designed specifically to clean algae and additionally kill the spores to delay or even prevent it growing back.
This is why we use a specialised Soft Wash Biocide Solution, which not only cleans the conservatory but limits the regrowth. This has to be done on a regular basis. To prevent algae build up, it would be good to clean it once every 6 months, if not, then annually.
Included in our cleaning process is unclogging gutters and removing debris. If left clogged, leaks can occur and cause extensive damage therefore regular maintenance can save you a lot of money in the long run.
We never use a power washer on the conservatory as this can seriously damage the seals, hence the term Soft Washing.
